Falei com o suporte o mais rápido possível, e me enviaram um link para troca, e aguardo até hoje (fiz o pedido dia 12) e nada de email me comunicando se fui aprovado pra troca ou não. Espero muito resolver isto! Estou com nota fiscal e as peças embaladas aqui. Obrigada pela atenção!
