★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na intenção de imprimir algumas fotos pra dar de presente. Já perdi o interesse em ser atendido pela cara de c# das atendentes. Definitivamente, se não tem tato pra atender, estão no lugar errado!
 I intended to print some photos to give away. I've already lost interest in being attended to by the C# faces of the attendants. Definitely, if you don't have the tact to serve, you're in the wrong place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde , fiquei mais de 40 minutos aguardando . A atendente meu Deus demora demais . E somente uma pessoa para atender em pleno finais de semana . Não sei se o motivo pq ela é realmente devagar ou pq o trabalho e dificultoso. Favor dar oportunidades para os trabalhadores . Obrigada !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Pena não ter a opção de zero estrelas. Comprei na sexta alguma produtos, fotos e porta retratos para dar de presente. Um dos produtos não me atendeu. Qual foi minha surpresa ao ser informada que não podia trocar por outro produto, somente pelo mesmo modelo, que não fica bem segurando uma foto 10x15. O vendedor/gerente? não soube me dar uma explicação razoável de porque não poderia trocar. Pelo que pude perceber puro descaso e má vontade!
Terrible attendance! Too bad it doesn't have a zero star option. On Friday I bought some products, photos and portraits to give as a gift. One of the products did not work for me. What was my surprise when I was informed that I couldn't exchange it for another product, only for the same model, which doesn't look good holding a 10x15 photo. The seller/manager? he couldn't give me a reasonable explanation of why he couldn't change. From what I could perceive pure neglect and ill will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Uma das meninas ficou assistindo alguma coisa no computador. Debochou quando perguntei onde passar pois ela não despregou da cadeira que ficava exatamente na passagem.
A morena alta que tirou minhas fotos foi até paciente, mas não demonstrou boa vontade.
Precisam de melhores atendentes!
Awful. One of the girls was watching something on the computer. She laughed when I asked where to go because she didn't let go of the chair that was exactly in the passage.
The tall brunette who took my pictures was patient, but she didn't show good will.
They need better attendants!

Atendimento rápido e eficaz, parabéns ao rapaz que me atendeu! Foto 3x4 na hora e atendem bem pelo whatsapp.
obs: Só tinha 1 atendente na loja no momento em que eu estava lá, mas o movimento estava tranquilo também. Sem filas.
Shop is at P0 - next to the lottery, close to the pastry shop and the pharmacy.
Fast and efficient service, congratulations to the guy who answered me! 3x4 photo on time and they serve well by whatsapp.
Note: There was only 1 attendant in the store at the time I was there, but the movement was quiet too. No queues.

O Sr, da ilha do G4 muito mal educado, falou com grosseria que já tinha encerrado e que não faria mais fotos e mandou para a loja do 1° andar ... A menina de la ficou sentada no computador e nem olhava direito pra gente... Funcionários nem sabe oq é atendimento ao cliente... Fica só no celular e no Pc... Acredito que os donos mesmo nem devem saber como eles fazem esse atendimento.... Precisa melhorar muito. Olha que eu precisava somente de uma foto 3x4 e pouco se importavam com a nossa situação e não faziam questão nenhuma de ajudar a resolver.
People totally unprepared for service... Mr, from the island of G4, very rude, said rudely that he had already closed and that he would not take more photos and sent them to the store on the 1st floor... The girl from there sat there. on the computer and didn't even look at us properly... Employees don't even know what customer service is... It's just on the cell phone and on the PC... I believe that the owners themselves shouldn't even know how they do this service.... improve a lot. Look, I just needed a 3x4 photo and they didn't care about our situation and didn't care to help solve it.
