 Furniture ok, lousy assembly. In addition to the ill will left the shelves loose. They all fell, lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do produto ser bom, tem algo de muito estranho com a loja, eles não conseguiam identificar meu pagamento e sinceramente não se preocuparam muito em devolver meu dinheiro. Eu mesma tive que ir no banco solicitar o reembolso e lá eles me garantiram que o dinheiro estava na conta da loja. Tive que ameaçar abrir um processo para conseguir receber a minha mercadoria, mas isso do pagamento levou quase uma semana e depois de postado no correio ainda foi uns 4 dias para receber o código rastreio, mas como já não tinha mais confiança na empresa cheguei até a pensar que não tinham postado nada. Não recomendo, evitem dor de cabeça pq eles não te ajudam em nada além de terem uma conta de banco muito suspeita
Although the product is good, there is something very strange about the store, they could not identify my payment and honestly did not bother to return my money. I myself had to go to the bank to request a refund and there they assured me that the money was in the store's account. I had to threaten to start a process to get my merchandise, but it took about a week to pay and after it was posted in the mail it was still about 4 days to receive the tracking code, but as I no longer had confidence in the company, I got to to think they hadn't posted anything. I do not recommend, avoid headaches because they do not help you in anything other than having a very suspicious bank account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compra efetuada via whatsapp, porém pós venda péssimo, até agora sem receber o código de rastreio, enviei comprovante para o numero de contato do WP da loja e so recebi a noticia de que foi postado.... Mas cade o codigo de rastreio? já solicitei o estorno e ninguém responde. Não recomendo, passando dor de cabeça demais por uma loja que não esta nem ai para o cliente.
Purchase made via whatsapp, but bad after sale, so far without receiving the tracking code, I sent proof to the contact number of the store's WP and only received the news that it was posted ... But where is the tracking code? I have already requested a chargeback and no one responds. I do not recommend, passing too much headache by a store that is not even there for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas horas depois da aquisição da arara desfile vintage dupla, a Loja das Lojas ligou para confirmar o pedido, o que aliás foi minha sorte, pois pude rever melhor a cor e o tamanho, que eu havia me equivocado ao selecionar. Prontamente acertaram meu pedido e enviaram. Chegou rápido e muito bem embalado. Estou muito contente com o produto e fiquei muito satisfeita com o atendimento da Loja das Lojas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA!! Os tampos das mesas da minha loja vieram todos riscados, manchados e faltando parte da madeira, parecia móvel de 2° mão. Falaram que iriam trocar e estou no aguardo tem 3 meses!
Ligo para eles e ninguém atende o telefone! Depois fui olhar a conta do Instagram deles e esta desabilitado os comentário....por que será? Devem ter tanta reclamação que desabilitaram para ninguém ver a insatisfação de todos!
Não comprem nessa loja se não quiserem passar nervoso!
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE!! The tops of the tables in my store were all scratched, stained and missing part of the wood, it looked like a 2nd hand piece of furniture. They said they would change and I've been waiting for 3 months!
I call them and no one answers the phone! Then I went to look at their Instagram account and comments are disabled....why is it? They must have so much complaint that they disabled it so no one could see everyone's dissatisfaction!
Don't shop at this store if you don't want to be nervous!
