Tive uma informação do produto e recebi totalmente diferente do prometido...
Tentei fazer a troca e o site não cocluia a reclamação!
Acabei ficando no prejuízo...
Em partes,pq vou correr atrás dos meus direitos de consumidor....
I bought 3 plates through the American stores, sold by the battery store ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caíam nesta armadilha, deviam mudar o nome para " loja das pilantragens ", produtos de má qualidade e atendimento pós venda péssimo!! Estou à mais de um mês aguardando contato após um procedimento de logística reversa, não atendem o telefone e não me dão nenhuma satisfação

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez um pedido nessa loja via marketplace nas Americanas...Um mês sendo enrolada via mensagens e sequer um posicionamento quanto a cumprir o prazo que ja estava estourado em mais de 10 dias...Passados 14 dias do prazo o pedido foi cancelado sem nenhum satisfação sequer. Não recomendo pra ninguem.
My wife placed an order at this store via the marketplace in Americanas... One month being rolled up via messages and not even a statement about meeting the deadline that was already exceeded in more than 10 days... After 14 days of the deadline, the order was canceled without any satisfaction at all. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega demorada, fora do prazo, mas o pior é que o produto veio errado. Comprei uma base cooler pra notebook e veio um modelo inferior e mais barato. E como o telefone fixo da loja não funciona, o consumidor fica sem como recorrer. Péssimo atendimento e irresponsabilidade com o cliente. Não recomendo.
Delayed delivery, out of time, but the worst is that the product came wrong. I bought a notebook cooler base and a lower and cheaper model came. And as the store's landline does not work, the consumer is left with no way to resort. Bad service and irresponsibility with the customer. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de um mini liquidificador pelo saite das americanas e foi vendido e entregue pela loja das Pilhas, quando produto chegou veio sem o cabo que alimenta a bateria do mini liquidificador, junto com a nota fiscal veio um bilhete que se tivesse algum problema era pra entrar em contato naquele telefone e assim fiz, me enviaram o cabo após 7 dias e com 1 mês de uso o aparelho parou de funcionar entrei em contato com a loja pelo mesmo número onde me pediram para fazer uma logistica reversa e realizei o envio do mini liquidificador ni dia 29/5 e depois disso não consigo contato de maneira alguma resultado fiquei sem o dinheiro sem o produto nem funcionando e nem quebrado pra mim isso parece roubo. Se a o responsável da loja chegar a lê essa reclamação entre em contato Sirlene
