Fazer a placa e ou a tarjeta.
Remover a placa velha e por a nova, ou por a tarjeta nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, pessoas sem nenhum preparo para trabalhar com o público, só fui lá porquê o Detran basicamente obriga vc a ir lá.
I didn't like the service, people without any preparation to work with the public, I just went there because Detran basically forces you to go there.
