★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei as configurações do computador, levei na loja, me disseram que tinha a memória de 4 g pra colocar no meu computador e que o sistema iria ficar acoplado. Depois me retornaram dizendo que a memória não era compatível e que o HD iria ficar externo. A formatação também não corresponde a instalação dos softwares que você têm no computador (ou seja instala o Windows). Em resumo, não tiveram o trabalho de olhar as configurações do computador e passar as informações certas, a memória poderia ser comprada em campina e colocada, porém o cara argumentou que pela internet o preço seria menor (visto que o erro foi dele, não pensou no cliente, mas no prejuízo que poderia ter).
O serviço fica pronto em 24h, o que não corresponde a uma vantagem.
