★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, atencioso até efetuarem a venda, porém a cadeira que comprei (glasgow) deu defeito com 6 meses de uso e a assistência técnica arrumou parcialmente o problema. Quando estava nova era possível regular no ângulo desejado. Com o uso, o encosto de braço saiu e quando voltou da assistência, voltou no lugar devido porém mole, sem a regulagem de fábrica. Dou 5 estrelas para o atendimento e 3 para a assistência, que arrumou parcialmente o problema. Edit: o encosto da cadeira quebrou com menos de 1 ano de uso. Paguei 2 mil reais na cadeira e ela está desmontando. Infelizmente não vale nem duas estrelas, gaste seu dinheiro em outro lugar. Edit 2: levei a cadeira mais uma vez para arrumar, a moça que me atendeu disse que "não iria me deixar sem respaldo". Isso me foi dito fazem 3 meses (hoje é 08/04/2022) e até agora, 0 resposta, 0 atualização, 0 respaldo. Dos 2000 reais que paguei na cadeira não sobrou nem a sucata para revender.
The service is good, attentive until the sale is made, but the chair I bought (glasgow) was defective after 6 months of use and the technical assistance partially fixed the problem. When it was new it was possible to adjust it to the desired angle. With use, the armrest came off and when it came back from the service, it came back in place because it was soft, without the factory adjustment. I give 5 stars for the service and 3 for the assistance, which partially fixed the problem. Edit: Chair back broke after less than 1 year of use. I paid 2 thousand reais for the chair and it is dismantling. Unfortunately not even worth two stars, spend your money elsewhere. Edit 2: I took the chair once more to fix it, the girl who answered me said she "wouldn't leave me without support". This was told to me 3 months ago (today is 04/08/2022) and so far, 0 response, 0 update, 0 support. Of the 2000 reais I paid for the chair, there was not even scrap left to resell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo ! O começo do meu atendimento foi muito bom, a vendedora foi ótima e me mostrou tudo. O problema começou na entrega, marcaram um dia e vieram 3 vezes errado. Quando finalmente chegam minhas cadeiras, mais uma dor de cabeça, uma delas chegou com um risco , para tentar encobrir o risco passaram uma tinta por cima de caneta, quando fui limpar é que percebi. Ao entrar em contato com a loja, fui informado que não poderia trocar porque era outlet, em nenhum momento fui informado que tal mercadoria era de outlet. Péssimo ?

The problem started with the delivery, they scheduled a day and they came 3 times wrong. When my chairs finally arrive, another headache, one of them arrived with a scratch, to try to cover the scratch they put some ink over a pen, when I went to clean it I noticed. When contacting the store, I was informed that I could not exchange it because it was an outlet, at no time was I informed that such merchandise was from an outlet. Terrible ?
