★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, os vendedores precionam muito para comprar, não sabem ouvir o cliente e tem muito amadorismo. Alguns produtos com bom preço mas os jogos com preços elevados. Conheço varias lojas pelo país e fiquei surpreendido como existe uma loja com um atendimento ruim aqui em São Paulo.
 Poor service, sellers are very fond of buying, do not know how to listen to the customer and have a lot of amateurism. Some products with good price but the games with high prices. I know several stores around the country and I was surprised because there is a shop with a bad service here in São Paulo.

Terrible service, the store has neither console to test the products they sell, which most often is defective and to make the switch u is treated like trash. I never walk there again, I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um ps4 em janeiro e simplesmente ele parou de funcionar do nada com 2 meses de uso levei pra eles pq ele estava na garantia e me pediram pra ficar com o game por 7 dias para avaliar oque aconteceu até agora nada de resposta deles?????
I bought a ps4 in January and it just stopped working out of nowhere with 2 months of use I took it to them because it was under warranty and they asked me to keep the game for 7 days to evaluate what happened so far no response from them??? ??

O atendente também foi extremamente arrogante e sequer tentou resolver meu problema. Só sei que nunca mais boto o pé neste estabelecimento e recomendo que outros também não o façam
One of the vendors sold me a fake PS3 controller claiming to be original. After I found out, they refused to make any kind of exchange or refund. The attendant was also extremely arrogant and didn't even try to solve my problem. I only know that I will never set foot in this establishment again and I recommend that others do not

Quando, hoje, abri o console pra trocar pasta térmica percebi que havia trava quebrada e ordem de montagem feita de forma incorreta. Péssimo serviço, melhor levar pra um pedreiro consertar dq eles
