★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Me venderam produto com defeito, quando fui trocar, ainda disseram que usei a cola em spray com defeito e tratam mal o cliente. Não serei cliente mais.
 I do not recommend. They sold me a defective product, when I went to change it, they even said I used the defective spray glue and they treat the customer badly. I won't be a customer anymore.

Gente, pra quem tem o mínimo de noção, tem que tratar o cliente como se ele não entendesse do assunto, reafirmando o nome do tecido, e tal, ainda mais qdo é alguém que compra pra terceiros. Resultado: joguei fora quase 30,00!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento...liguei...perguntei se colocavam ilhós e a informação foi ao telefone quê eu somente precisava marcar a peça... saí de casa...paguei estacionamento que lá não tem...e quando chego às três funcionárias que estavam livres...pois não tinha nenhum cliente na loja... disseram em uníssono que não era possível me atender...teria que deixar a peça para pegar em outro dia. Se um comércio se intitula em um determinado seguimento e tem telefone para os clientes...as informações devem abranger o que se está pedido...numa semana chuvosa...eu que precisava fazer uma cortina para a banca na qual ia trabalhar no outro dia numa feira, fiquei sem atendimento respeitoso e no prejuízo também.
Bad service...I called...I asked if they had eyelets and the information was on the phone that I only needed to schedule the part...I left the house...I paid for a parking lot there...and when I get to the three employees that were free...because there was no customer in the store...they said in unison that it was not possible to serve me...I would have to leave the part to pick up another day. If a business is named in a certain segment and has a telephone number for customers...the information must cover what is requested...in a rainy week...I needed to make a curtain for the newsstand where I was going to work at the other day at a fair, I was left without respectful service and at a loss too.
