â â â â â PĂ©ssimo tudo nĂŁo cumprem com a pontualidade pedi meu telhado com uma certa agilidade porque o meu estava cedendo, estĂĄvamos na Ă©poca da chuva meu marido ligava demorava para ser atendido quando atendiam informavam que ia na data tal e no horĂĄrio x, ficamos em casa esperando e nada de ninguĂ©m aparecer nem sequer ligam para informar que aconteceu algum problema e estamos atĂ© agora aguardando e isso Ă© porque falaram que chegariam na nossa casa em primeiro horĂĄrio pĂ©ssimo, tĂĄ na hora dessa loja ver os conceitos dela.

â â â â â Loja muito boa, grande variedade, pĂ©ssimo atendimento, um dos piores que jĂĄ vi, quiçå o pior, vocĂȘ entra na loja e fica feito bobo, os vendedores nem olham pra sua cara, e quando te atendem parece que estĂŁo fazendo um favor. Uma pena, equipe totalmente despreparada para atendimento ao pĂșblico, seria perfeito se alguĂ©m comprasse alĂ e trocasse toda a equipe.
Very good store, great variety, lousy service, one of the worst I've ever seen, maybe the worst, you go into the store and it is silly, the salespeople don't even look at your face, and when they answer you it looks like they are doing you a favor. Too bad, the team is totally unprepared to attend the public, it would be perfect if someone bought there and changed the whole team.

â â â â â Segunda vez que compramos na loja, mas apesar do atendimento ser razoavelmente bom (muito demorado) e ter variedade de produtos e marcas, a equipe Ă© muito desorganizada. Compramos algumas chapas que precisavam ser cortadas, por isso tĂnhamos de retirar no dia seguinte apĂłs as 13h, segundo o vendedor informou. Efetuamos o pagamento, que nĂŁo foi barato (cerca de R$ 400,00) e voltamos as 15h do dia seguinte Ă compra. Pra nossa 'surpresa', as benditas chapas nem haviam sido cortadas!! A pessoa responsĂĄvel nĂŁo estava na loja e ninguĂ©m queria assumir a responsabilidade, alegando que "nĂŁo sabiam do pedido", "desconheço", "Ă© do fulano e ele saiu". E nada de resolver. PĂ©ssimo serviço! NĂłs planejamos o nosso dia corrido e perdemos metade dele por conta da irresponsabilidade dos funcionĂĄrios dessa loja. NĂŁo recomendo nenhum tipo de produto / serviço que precise ser retirado/feito posteriormente!
Second time we shop at the store, but despite the service being reasonably good (very time consuming) and having a variety of products and brands, the team is very disorganized. We bought some plates that needed to be cut, so we had to remove the next day after 1 pm, according to the seller. We made the payment, which was not cheap (about R $ 400.00) and returned at 3pm the day after the purchase. To our 'surprise', the blessed plates had not even been cut !! The person in charge was not in the store and nobody wanted to take responsibility, claiming that "they didn't know about the order", "I don't know", "it's the guy and he left". And nothing to solve. Poor service! We planned our busy day and lost half of it due to the irresponsibility of the employees of this store. I do not recommend any type of product / service that needs to be removed / done later!

â â â â â Gosto de vir a essa loja porque tem uma variedade de itens muito grande. Quase sempre consigo comprar tudo o que preciso em uma Ășnica visita a loja. O atendimento Ă© muito bom e se vocĂȘ estiver com urgĂȘncia, pode solicitar o material por telefone e depois sĂł passar na loja para retirar que jĂĄ estarĂĄ tudo separado, sempre faço dessa forma pra ganhar tempo. A loja conta com estacionamento para comodidade dos Clientes.
I like coming to this store because it has a very large variety of items. I can almost always buy everything I need in a single visit to the store. The service is very good and if you are urgent, you can request the material over the phone and then just stop by the store to pick it up, everything will already be separated, I always do it this way to save time. The store has parking for the convenience of Customers.
