★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. A loja parou no passado. Pra se conseguir retorno tem que ir presencialmente, do contrário por telefone você fica dias pra obter respostas simples. Não sei como passaram pela pandemia sem melhorar a informatização nas vendas. As vendedoras te passam o WhatsApp privado e não te retornam, o da loja também sem retorno. Muito difícil a comunicação. Fiquei um dia todo aguardando um retorno simples.
Terrible service. The store stopped in the past. To get a return, you have to go in person, otherwise by phone you stay days to get simple answers. I don't know how they got through the pandemic without improving computerization in sales. Salespeople send you private WhatsApp and don't get back to you, the store also has no return. Communication is very difficult. I spent a whole day waiting for a simple return.
