★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento que recebi na Loja elétrica do Sion. Fui até a loja no dia 08/04/22 no período da manhã e realizei a compra de um material, o vendedor me orientou a aguardar na expedição a separação dos itens. Fiquei aguardando 50 minutos a separação dos itens, peguei a caixa e fui para casa. Ao abrir a caixa, verifiquei que o grampo U que solicitei foi enviado errado. A tarde retornei a loja, solicitei a troca do item e o vendedor informou que não havia item no estoque, mas que poderia buscar no dia 09/04/22 à partir das 11:00, acabei não indo no sábado dia 09 e fui no dia 11/04/22 às 08:30 da manhã, pois precisaria do item para uma atividade a ser realizada depois do almoço. Na expedição me informaram que o item não estava disponível e que chegaria apenas na parte da tarde. Informei que não foi isso o combinado com o vendedor que informou que o material estaria disponível no dia 09/04 e que precisava de uma solução. Conversei com o supervisor que buscou as informações e disse que por alguma falha do sistema o item não foi enviado, tentou contato com o motoqueiro e não conseguiu e dessa forma não conseguiria resolver o problema. Fato é que o problema gerado pelo sistema da loja foi transferido para mim que não tive o produto na data informada e combinada atrasando a atividade que estava programada.
Me chama a atenção o pouco caso e falta de iniciativa para resolver o problema que foi criado pela própria loja
 I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Sion Electric Store. I went to the store on 04/08/22 in the morning and made the purchase of a material, the seller advised me to wait in the shipment for the separation of the items. I waited 50 minutes for the items to be separated, took the box and went home. Upon opening the box, I found that the U-clamp I ordered was sent wrong. In the afternoon I returned to the store, requested an exchange of the item and the seller informed that there was no item in stock, but that I could pick it up on 04/09/22 from 11:00 am, I ended up not going on Saturday 09th and went to on 04/11/22 at 08:30 am, as I would need the item for an activity to be carried out after lunch. In the expedition I was informed that the item was not available and that it would only arrive in the afternoon. I informed that this was not what was agreed with the seller who informed that the material would be available on 04/09 and that I needed a solution. I talked to the supervisor who sought the information and said that due to some system failure the item was not sent, he tried to contact the biker and could not and that way he would not be able to solve the problem. The fact is that the problem generated by the store's system was transferred to me because I did not have the product on the informed and agreed date, delaying the activity that was scheduled.
I am struck by the little case and lack of initiative to solve the problem that was created by the store itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja com a minha esposa por indicação da arquiteta que contratamos. A loja é espaçosa e fomos bem atendidos. O projeto de iluminação foi feito na hora e acompanhamos cada passo do processo junto de uma vendedora e da arquiteta. A loja é bem organizada e climatizada. Os ambientes decorados nos ajudaram a entender o que estamos comprando. É bem difícil de encontrar um lugar para estacionar em um sábado.
I went to the store with my wife on the recommendation of the architect we hired. The store is spacious and we were well taken care of. The lighting project was done on the spot and we followed each step of the process together with a saleswoman and the architect. The store is well organized and air-conditioned. The decorated environments helped us understand what we are buying. It's pretty hard to find a parking spot on a Saturday.
