Só quero fazer uma observação com todo respeito , pelas redes.sócias vocês nos tratam com muito amor ,mas pessoalmente na loja não são do mesmo jeito,não temos a mesma atenção, o mesmo carinho, são mais técnicas. Fica a dica !!!

A loja é maravilhosa o atendimento é excelente , porém o atendimento por telefone não tive uma experiência muito boa , sou cliente fiel sempre compro bastante coisa , porém um dia estava no meu trabalho e precisava urgente de alguns itens , porém a pessoa que me atendeu , demorou muito pra me dar algumas respostas , e quando questionei ela me disse que a prioridade era o atendimento em loja e que estavam com poucas funcionárias, mas eu estava comprando também, e acho que tem que ser igual , gastei quase 400 reais nesse dia .Acho que vocês devem melhorar esse atendimento ou então não ter esse tipo de atendimento.

I think you should improve this service or not have this type of service.
