★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não disponíbilizam wi-fi para os clientes, hj em dia é algo primordial a ser oferecido por qualquer estabelecimento que seja prestador de serviços, a peças que são postadas nas redes sociais vc não encontra em diferentes tamanhos disponíveis e o atendimento não foi bom, nem ruim... Mas não me motiva a voltar a loja novamente.
They do not provide wi-fi for customers, hj in day is something primordial to be offered by any establishment that is a service provider, the pieces that are posted in the social networks you do not find in different sizes available and the service was not good, nor Bad ... But it does not motivate me to go back to the store again.

Enviei mensagem pelo WhatsApp às 08:00h e só responderam as 13:00h, e isso pq eu enviei um direct perguntando o pq n respondiam.
Depois eu finalmente consegui falar, disseram que tinha o modelo e que iriam verificar se tinha meu tamanho, depois de mais oito horas de espera (pq enviei outro direct), respondem dizendo que o modelo tinha esgotado.
Por mais que nesse período tenha muita demanda, isso não se faz com o cliente.
Eu tinha indicado a loja para cinco amigas, e agora ninguém quer mais comprar ai.

I sent a message through WhatsApp at 8:00 am and only responded at 1:00 pm, and that because I sent a direct asking why they did not respond.
Then I finally managed to speak, they said that I had the model and that they would check if it was my size, after another eight hours of waiting (because I sent another direct), they respond saying that the model had sold out.
As much as there is a lot of demand in this period, this is not done with the customer.
I had recommended the store to five friends, and now nobody wants to buy there anymore.
