Cheguei em casa fui usar o short para ir numa festa assim que vestir o short se rasgou, o tecido aparentava estar meio podre. Guardei s nota e no dia seguinte pela manhã fui lá e entrei em contato com a responsável pela loja, mandaram aguardar e com uma semana depois vieram dizer que não podem efetuar a troca da peça e até agora não me informaram como vai ficar minha situação. Paguei 80,00 por um short jeans eles estão com o meu short até agora e quando entro em contato para ir buscar o meu short eles visualizam o WhatsApp e não respondem. Total falta de respeito com o cliente !!
I bought a short, the store was closing.
When I got home, I went to wear the shorts to a party as soon as the shorts were torn, the fabric seemed to be a bit rotten. I saved the note and the next morning I went there and contacted the store manager, they told me to wait and a week later they came to say that they cannot exchange the part and so far they have not informed me how my situation will be. I paid 80.00 for a pair of denim shorts they have my shorts so far and when I contact them to pick up my shorts they see WhatsApp and do not respond. Total lack of respect for the customer!!
