★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja hoje dia 19/ 08/ 2021, compro há anos nesse estabelecimento, porém durante meu atendimento pela vendedora Carol, tive uma experiência desagradável pela supervisora Jaqueline, que foi desrespeitosa, arrogante e atravessou a funcionária que aliás foi muito educada e atenciosa comigo, quem deveria ser exemplo teve esse tipo de postura, eu ñ entendi nada, ficou uma situação desagradável, antes que eu saísse da loja ela ñ contente chamou a funcionária para uma conversa, demonstrando uma prepotência ainda maior. Fico muito indignada com esse tipo de "profissional " que se acha superior e trata sua equipe dessa forma, deixando o cliente totalmente desconfortável, espero que a quem cabe seja tomado algum tipo de atitude para que isso ñ se repita com mais ninguém...

I am very indignant with this type of "professional" who thinks he is superior and treats his team in this way, making the client totally uncomfortable, I hope that whoever is in charge is taken some kind of attitude so that this is not repeated with anyone else...
