★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida , mas na hora do pagamento ( eu ia pagar com cartão ) decidi mudar e pagar com dinheiro, o produto que eu ia comprar era de 40 reais e eu dei 2 notas de 20 reais a atendente não tinha troco e tentou trocar mas não consegui, quando ela voltou se referiu a mim falando que se eu quisesse comprar que eu tracasse o dinheiro primeiro pois os cliente da loja Natura só pagam com cartão ou notas de dinheiro altas como por exemplo ela citou 200 reais eu fiquei super envergonhada pois tinha outra cliente na loja que ouviu e começou a olhar para mim!
Acho que essa atendente precisa aprender a atender todos os tipos de clientes sejam eles ricos ou pobres .
Minha experiência foi péssima nunca mais volta nessa loja da Natura!
I was well attended, but at the time of payment (I was going to pay with a card) I decided to change and pay with cash, the product I was going to buy was 40 reais and I gave 2 20 reais bills the attendant had no change and tried to exchange but I couldn't, when she came back she referred to me saying that if I wanted to buy I would draw the money first because Natura store customers only pay with a card or high money bills like for example she quoted 200 reais I was super embarrassed because I had another customer in the store who overheard and started looking at me!
I think this attendant needs to learn to serve all types of customers whether they are rich or poor.
My experience was terrible, I will never go back to this Natura store!
