Por indicação, me informaram que eu poderia encontrar este item na Loja Nova.
Entrei em contato via telefone, e expus a minha situação. A atendente me informou que o vendedor técnico iria entrar em contato.
Pouco tempo depois o Alisson me ligou e lhe disse qual peça eu estava a procura.
Mandei a foto pelo ZAP e ele me disse que tinha o item no estoque. Peça única, pra minha sorte. Pedi que reservasse, por que iria retirar no dia seguinte.
O atendimento prestado por telefone, foi muito satisfatório.
No dia seguinte, no balcão de atendimento, tive o prazer de conhecê-lo. E mais uma vez foi totalmente prestativo e esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas. Também tive o prazer de ser atendido pelo Marcelo, que me fez a gentileza de montar os conectores.
Resumindo, atendimento completo, único, inigualável. Fiquei totalmente satisfeito.

The next day, at the counter, I was pleased to meet him. And once again it was totally helpful and clarified all my doubts. I was also pleased to be met by Marcelo, who was kind enough to assemble the connectors.
In short, complete service, unique, unmatched. I was totally satisfied.
