Tentaram me empurar o tamanho menor e em momento algum mencionaram trocar o produto pelp tamanho certo. Agora não terei a máscara pra minha viagem. Não respondem mensagem e não atendem o telefone. Decepcionada!
Terrible attendance. I bought a full face mask size M and sent a child size. They tried to push me the smaller size and never mentioned changing the right size pelp product. Now I won't have the mask for my trip. They do not answer a message and do not answer the phone. Disappointed!

Tentaram me forçar a ficar cm o infantil e em nenhum momento me reponderam sobre a troca pelo tamanho correto. Apenas estão preocupados em receber o produto de volta. Quem saiu no prejuízo de ter que ir nos Correios despachar o produto e sem a máscara para minha viagem. #outsidenuncamais

Muito ruim. Fiz uma compra, a empresa terceirizada de entrega, errou em várias questões. E a Loja OutSide disse que não tem nenhum compromisso sobre isso e não quis ajudar em nada.
Exatamente, tentei conversar com voces, e não resolveu em nada.
