★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esta sendo péssimo, como Gestor de Administração do UP Barra Condomínio Club temos realizado cotações e aquisições com a empresa, porém a Papelex demora no retorno da cotação de preços, e até mesmo na entrega do meterial, mesmo após comprovação de pagamento adiantado, é rídiculo mas IMPLORAMOS PARA COMPRAR com a empresa e nos falta o devido retorno e atenção, Lamentável.
Unfortunately this is terrible, as UP Barra Condomínio Club Management Manager we have been making quotations and acquisitions with the company, however Papelex delays the return of the price quotation, and even in the delivery of the meterial, even after proof of payment in advance, it is rídiculo but WE IMPLY TO BUY with the company and we lack due return and attention, Regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até então nunca havia tido problemas com a Papelex. Porém, a falta de comprometimento e prazo de entrega saíram do limite! Estou aguardando uma entrega para o escritório desde sexta-feira. Hoje já é terça e nada! Sinceramente já estou cogitando de procurar outro fornecedor com eficiência de entregar no prazo esperado.
Until then, I had never had any problems with Papelex. However, the lack of commitment and delivery time went beyond the limit! I've been waiting for a delivery to the office since Friday. Today is Tuesday and nothing! Honestly, I'm already considering looking for another supplier with efficiency to deliver on time.
