I've never been to the physical store but I always buy through whatsapp with a spectacular service and I receive my purchases in my comfort and with free delivery over R$30.00!!!

Da primeira, ao pagar, fui informada pelo caixa que eles não aceitavam cartões, mas não havia nenhuma indicação em nenhum lugar da loja falando sobre isso. Daí quando falei que só tinha cartão, então surgiu uma máquina para que eu pagasse.
Da segunda vez, ao fazer a compra e pagar no dinheiro, a caixa arredondou para cima o valor, questionei se não era 1.99 o valor e não 2.00 como ela fez e ela então corrigiu o preço, conforme o valor anunciado de 1.99. daí quando foi me dar o troco, foi super mal educada, dizendo que não tinha os centavos e que não teria nada a fazer. Então eu expliquei, na maior paz, que tava no direito do consumidor e que se eles não tinham troco, eles precisariam trocar as moedas, já que ela somou para cima o valor da compra direto, sem falar dos centavos. Ela então foi super grossa ao me entregar a moeda e dizer que ela ia me dar a moeda com o valor mais próximo, mas que eu ficaria devendo à loja aqueles centavos. Expliquei novamente sobre o código do consumidor e ela se manteve grossa, falando sobre eu estar devendo.
Foram duas péssimas experiências e eu não recomendo. Se eles não tem troco, pq então não colocar o valor da loja de 2.00?
I had two experiences in the store that were not good.
At first, when paying, I was informed by the cashier that they did not accept cards, but there was no indication anywhere in the store talking about it. Then when I said I only had a card, then a machine came up for me to pay.
The second time, when making the purchase and paying in cash, the cashier rounded up the amount, I questioned if it was not 1.99 the amount and not 2.00 as it did and she then corrected the price, according to the advertised amount of 1.99. then when she gave me change, she was super rude, saying she didn't have the pennies and that she would have nothing to do. So I explained, in the greatest peace, that it was in the consumer's right and that if they didn't have change, they would need to change the coins, since it added up the amount of the direct purchase, not to mention the cents. Then she was super thick when she handed me the coin and said that she was going to give me the coin with the closest value, but that I would owe the store those pennies. I explained again about the consumer code and it remained thick, talking about my owing.
It was two very bad experiences and I don't recommend it. If they don't have change, why not put the store value of 2.00?
