★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando comprar alguns artigos esportivo na prospin, já tentei realizar 4 pedidos, o último eu fiz com outra operadora de cartão de crédito, todavia a loja sempre os cancela.
Importante ressaltar que as operadoras do cartão sempre autorizam a venda, mas sem motivo a PROSPIN cancela o pedido.
Já entrei em contato com a operadora do cartão e eles falam que a culpa é da próspin, já a próspin fala que a culpa é da operadora do cartão.
Péssima experiência.
 I am trying to buy some sporting goods at prospin, I have already tried to place 4 orders, the last one I made with another credit card operator, however the store always cancels them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de fechar uma compra on line, de um tênis Asics, testeir overgrip, no valor de 284,00 reais no cartão de crédito, digitei o CVV, código de segurança e não completou a compra...e eu já acessei o código de segurança, se eu digitar de novo, vão comprar 2 vezes.e eu já paguei , vai dar duplicidade se digitar de novo... não é a primeira vez que isso acontece

como pode uma loja virtual não tem pelo menos atendimento via email ou whatsapp? absurdo.... esqueci minha senha e se clicar em "esqueci senha" não recebo link para reconfigurar.. será que isso só funciona de segunda sexta também... sorte nossa que tem outros inúmeros sites de vendas... esse já perdeu uma venda comigo.

Queria ir até Ribeirão Pires para trocar um tênis que comprei e disse não ser possível, apenas por correios.
Não quis sequer ver o valor que comprei nos últimos meses. Burocrata.
Espero que alguém na loja leia isso e me autorize ir agora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma raquete no 16/11, recebi a confirmação do meu banco sobre a operação (msg), entrei em contato com a Prospin para confirmar o pedido e para minha surpresa, simplesmente foi cancelado!, entrei em contato com o Bradesco e confirmei que a compra foi autorizada sem qualquer problema, porém a loja Prospin diz apenas que a empresa Moip cancelou a operação.... o que preciso fazer para comprar uma simples raquete? sem falar na falta de interesse dos atendentes em resolver uma VENDA!.... agradeço a falta de atenção..
