Atendimento muito Bom, oferece ótimas opções de churrasqueiras e forno a lenha. Estou aguardando a instalação no momento mas até agora não tenho pontos negativos.
Estou editando meu comentário após a instalação e utilização. A instalação péssima, o rapaz não veio na hora combinada, faltou eu ajoelhar e implorar para que consiga fazer a instalação. A churrasqueira aparenta ter qualidade. O forno iglu, que absurdo e É IMPORTANTE TODOS LEREM ISSO PARA NÃO SEREM ENGANADOS COMO EU. No site da refracon mostra que o forno iglu linha rústica pré moldado aguenta altas temperaturas, porém o FORNO NÃO AGUENTA TEMPERATURAS ACIMA DE 200 GRAUS. É SIMPLESMENTE UM ABSURDO, NÃO DÁ PARA ASSAR BATATA NO FORNO, IMAGINEM UMA PIZZA, agora estou procurando outros meios para não me sentir tão afetado, não sei se irei processar ou receber o dinheiro de volta, porém gastei todo o meu dinheiro que por anos tinha reservado para um forno que não aguenta assar uma batata.

Very good service, offers great options of grills and wood oven. I'm waiting for the installation at the moment but so far I have no negative points.
I am editing my comment after installing and using it. The installation was terrible, the guy didn't come at the agreed time, I had to kneel down and beg him to get the installation done. The grill appears to be of good quality. The igloo oven, how absurd and IT'S IMPORTANT EVERYONE READ THIS TO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE ME. On the refracon website, it shows that the pre-molded rustic line igloo oven can withstand high temperatures, but the OVEN DOES NOT WITHSTAND TEMPERATURES ABOVE 200 DEGREES. IT'S SIMPLY ABSURD, YOU CAN'T BAKE POTATOES IN THE OVEN, IMAGINE A PIZZA, now I'm looking for other ways to not feel so affected, I don't know if I'll sue or get the money back, but I spent all my money that for years I had reserved for an oven that can't handle roasting a potato.
