O atendimento via Whatsapp é péssimo, a atendente não sabe falar com as pessoas. O único contato bem sucedido foi com o SAC (Flavia), que me respondeu prontamente, enfim, vão devolver meu dinheiro, não comprarei novamente nesta loja.
Unfortunately my experience was not good, I made the purchase on 26/11, today is 05/12 and have not posted the product in the post office !! The service via Whatsapp is terrible, the attendant does not know how to talk to people. The only successful contact was with the SAC (Flavia), who answered me promptly, finally, will return my money, I will not buy again in this store.
