O sistema te direciona para uma situação muito robotizada e você fica horas e não consegue falar pessoalmente com os atendentes. Vou acabar saindo da Tim, por essa razão. Nos últimos meses o sistema de conexão móvel está oscilando demais.
I have a lot of difficulty talking via voice call with an attendant. The system directs you to a very robotic situation and you stay for hours and cannot speak personally with the attendants. I'm going to end up leaving Tim for that reason. In recent months the mobile connection system has been fluctuating too much.
