★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São Heróis os vendedores que conseguem vender esse serviço péssimo, mas quanto a isso a loja não tem culpa. A loja tem culpa de ter mesa sem funcionário enquanto a fila está grande. Frequentemente a loja está sem sistema também, pra uma loja de telefonia isso é bem irônico.
Heroes are the salespeople who manage to sell this terrible service, but the store is not to blame for that. The store is to blame for having a table without an employee while the queue is long. Often the store is without a system too, for a telephone store this is quite ironic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora demais e a impressão que dá é que fazem questão de não ver o cliente. Eu sei que demora, dependendo da hora, mas acho que deveria ter alguém que pelo menos desse uma atenção quando o cliente chegasse, nem que fosse para pelo menos dizer: a senhora aguarda um momento que já vamos atender. Mas pelo contrário, me sentei pra aguardar e a impressão que me deu é que eu era invisível. Ainda esperei uns cinco minutos e ninguém me dirigiu uma palavra. Levantei e fui embora.
The service takes too long and the impression it gives is that they make a point of not seeing the customer. I know it takes time, depending on the time, but I think there should be someone who would at least pay attention when the customer arrives, if only to say: you are waiting for a moment that we will answer. But on the contrary, I sat waiting and the impression it gave me was that I was invisible. I still waited about five minutes and no one spoke to me. I got up and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema bastante lento. Atendentes novos que precisam de treinamento sobre o sistema da empresa que deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei mais de uma hora para a liberação da compra de um celular e ainda tive que voltar ao shopping (gastando mais R$11 de estacionamento) para a assinatura do mesmo. Porém os vendedores Victor e Wendel mesmo na dificuldade, são extremamente simpáticos e vestem a camisa da empresa estão de parabéns!!
System quite slow. New attendants who need company system training that leaves much to be desired. I was more than an hour for the release of the purchase of a mobile phone and still had to go back to the mall (spending another $ 11 parking) to sign it. But the sellers Victor and Wendel even in difficulty, are extremely friendly and wear the shirt of the company are to be congratulated !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente com má vontade de ajudar o cliente, me mandou ir ao norte shopping pra resolver um problema que ele ali mesmo poderia fazer que era me vender um chip virgem e transferir meu numero provisório pra esse chip..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia dizer que foi maravilhoso; que tive um atendimento rápido; que meu problema foi resolvido...
Mas não seria uma avaliação justa, devido os fatores a seguir:
_Só havia uma cliente quando cheguei, que levantou em seguida, com o término de seu atendimento...
_Cheguei minutos após a abertura do expediente, e, no dia 25 de Janeiro, período dia de baixa presença de clientes...
_Meu problema era, rápido e simples, pegar 2ª via da conta, já que pelos canais online da TIM, não consegui, sendo obrigado a ir até à Loja física...
Continuando minha avaliação, meu atendimento foi satisfatório, mas nas condições que citei acima, não há como fazer uma avaliação, precisa...
I could say it was wonderful; that I had a quick service; my problem has been solved...
But it would not be a fair assessment, due to the following factors:
_There was only one customer when I arrived, who got up right away, with the end of her service...
_I arrived minutes after opening hours, and on January 25th, a day with low customer presence...
_My problem was, quick and simple, to get a 2nd copy of the account, since through TIM's online channels, I couldn't, being forced to go to the physical store...
Continuing my evaluation, my service was satisfactory, but under the conditions I mentioned above, there is no way to make an evaluation, accurate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja fazer a portabilidade do número da minha mãe (que é da Oi) pra um chip da Tim e o atendente disse que ali só vendiam o chip no plano controle no valor mínimo de 60 reais e que pra comprar o pré pago, só indo no Norte Shopping ou Nova América e ainda foi super grosso qnd perguntei o pq disso e ainda disse que ali não era loja da Tim. Se não é uma loja da Tim é o que então?
