★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho boas experiências com a loja da Tim fiquei sem colocar crédito e falaram que eu tinha perdido o meu número é pra tentar resgatar tinha que fazer um plano de uns 80 reais ai logo desconfiado fui em outro lugar e coloquei crédito e ligo meu número estava ativo de novo eles queriam era vender plano em vez de ajuda.

Não recomendo, pois todos os procedimentos que você tenta resolver eles só resolvem se o cliente estiver disposto a aderir um plano. E para piorar cobram mais caro do cliente. Segundo o site da TIM o valor para recuperação de chip TIM Beta é R$ 15,00 porém está loja está cobrando R$ 30,00 alegando que não são loja oficial e sim franquiada. UMA TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR. Recomendo que procurem outra loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar de chip na TIM do Big Shopping e fui muito mal atendido, não fizeram o procedimento. Primeiro me falaram que era R$30 reais dei meu aceite falei que podia fazer logo em seguida aguardei, pois tinha outras pessoas para serem atendidas , onde chegou minha vez e falaram que só iriam fazer se eu fizesse algum plano com fidelidade, fizeram pouco caso comigo, além de olhares não sutis, bem só não dou menos estrelas que uma porque não tem jeito, não recomendo , não pretendo pisar na TIM do big de novo muito ruim o atendimento , tem que melhorar muito , eu geralmente sempre avalio positivo , mas este sinceramente foi o pior atendimento que tive.
