★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não resolvem meu problema, e ainda me arrumaram mais um. Pós venda horrível, atendentes despreparados, nada ágil. não recomendo a ninguém,por causa de tudo que estou passando desisti até de ser cliente Tim. Estou tendo que acionar procon.
 Bad experience, they don't solve my problem, and I got another one. Horrible after-sales, unprepared attendants, nothing agile. I don't recommend it to anyone, because of everything I'm going through, I even gave up being a Tim client. I'm having to call procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja com o objetivo de resolver o meu problema e fui mal atendido, funcionário arrogante e de péssimo humor, não tinha visto os relatos anterior, mas só venho confirmar as avaliações ruins sobre este estabelecimento. A desculpa era que por ser tratar de uma franquia não poderia me ajudar, porem quando vc olha a logo identifica como TIM. Péssima experiência, se for possível procurei outra loja para ser atendido!
I went to the store in order to solve my problem and I was poorly attended, arrogant and in a bad mood, I had not seen the previous reports, but I only come to confirm the bad reviews about this establishment. The excuse was that being a franchise could not help me, but when you look at the logo it identifies as TIM. Bad experience, if possible I looked for another store to be served!

Pois a vendedora falou que não se realizava a troca do número ali
Aí me pergunto,como não se ali é uma loja da Tim pois atendimento péssimo
Até mudei de operadora por esse motivo
I went to the store on Saturday to change my number
Because the seller said that the number was not changed there
Then I wonder, how come it's not a Tim store there because the service is terrible
I even changed operator for this reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo loja não recomendo a ninguém, fui até a loja comprar um aparelho, como já tenho o plano o atende não me vendeu o aparelho alegando que só poderia vender com aquisição de um seguro, isso e crime pois está realizando uma venda casada. Será que a operadora TIM sabe isso?
Terrible store I don't recommend it to anyone, I went to the store to buy a device, as I already have the plan, it doesn't sell me the device claiming that it could only sell with the purchase of insurance, this is a crime because it's making a tie-in sale. Does the operator TIM know this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Acabei de sair da loja. Chip novo e com problemas. Eles não resolveram e ainda te tratam com descaso. Mas eu ainda vou juntar documentos e voltarei na loja. A Tim terá que ressarcir o valor que paguei em um novo chip. Essa é a valorização que a Tim dá a clientes de longa data
Terrible. I just left the store. New chip with problems. They didn't solve it and they still treat you with disdain. But I'll still gather documents and come back to the store. Tim will have to reimburse the amount I paid in a new chip. This is the valuation that Tim gives to long-time customers
