Ele na mesm hora me ofereceu um novo celular já que o meu tinha sido furtado, e ainda fiz um plano, sair da loj muito satisfeito com o atendimento não só dele mais também na recepção da loja e da moça do caixa, estão de Parabéns, super recomendo essa loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar o vendedor Thales por ele ser muito educado, cheguei na loja muito estressado porque á dias estava tentando resolver um problema na central da Tim sobre meu plano, o Thales na mesma hora fez uma ligação e resolveu meu caso fazendo o ajuste da minha conta que veio errado, depois de tudo ele ainda me ofereceu um celular bem mais barato no meu plano, resumindo saí da loja muito satisfeito com o atendimento e ainda com um celular novo pra minha filha. Obrigado Thales pelo atendimento top, parabéns a Tim por ter funcionários desse nível.
