★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pessimamente por uma atendente. Minha tia queria comprar um IPhone 11 e ela nem quis muita conversa. Achei mt estranho, daí fomos no IPlace, e lá compramos.
 I was treated poorly by an attendant. My aunt wanted to buy an IPhone 11 and she didn't even want to talk much. I found it very strange, so we went to IPlace, and there we bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Os funcionários ficam o tempo todo conversando entre eles e mexendo no celular. Funcionários mal educados. A empresa precisa mandar uns gerentes visitarem sua lojas de surpresa para verificar o péssimo atendimento de seus funcionários das lojas e tomar providências, pois estou pensando seriamente em sair da Tim.
Lousy service. Employees spend all their time talking to each other and moving their cell phones. Officially rude staff. The company needs to have some managers visit their surprise stores to check out the poor service of their store employees and take action, as I'm seriously considering leaving Tim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido até eu falar que queria resolver um problema pré-pago, nas duas lojas do shopping que fui, os funcionários me informaram que eu não conseguirá resolver meu problema pela loja física.Eu disse: e se eu migrar para o plano Pós Pago, vocês resolvem meu problema? Eles disseram sim. Eu respondi que para serviços pre pagos, a meia duzia de empresas de telefonia não tinham interesse em fazer negócio.Agora, se fosse para adquirir um plano Pós Pago, eu até seria atendido com um cafezinho.Que a lei puna essas empresas! Estou indignado.
I was very well attended until I said that I wanted to solve a prepaid problem, in the two stores in the mall I went to, the employees informed me that I will not be able to solve my problem through the physical store. Paid, will you solve my problem? They said yes. I replied that for pre-paid services, half a dozen telephone companies were not interested in doing business. Now, if I were to acquire a Post-Paid plan, I would even be served with a cup of coffee. May the law punish these companies! I'm outraged.
