★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja autorizada que não consegue resolver NENHUM problema. Se você tiver algum transtorno com sua linha ou com seu plano, nem perde tempo indo lá... Basicamente a loja só serve pra vender capinha de celular e chip.
An authorized store that cannot solve ANY problem. If you have any problems with your line or with your plan, you don't even waste time going there ... Basically the store only serves to sell cell phone and chip cases.

Sou portadora do Plano Tim Black, estive na loja pra fazer a portabilidade de 02 nº(s) , a fim de fazer a inclusão dos nº dos meus pais idosos e subir de plano. Tive uma experiência muito negativa com a loja. Segundo informações da própria TIM, a atendente da loja cometeu um erro grosseiro no meu atendimento. Ainda assim, a todo momento tentei solucionar o problema de forma amigável, até que não tive outro recurso senão voltar na loja. Nesse retorno as atendentes demonstraram total desrespeito, debocharam da situação e informaram que se eu tivesse com pressa " pegasse meu dinheiro de volta e resolvesse na minha cidade de domicilio . De dentro da loja fiz contato no *144 e as atendentes ficaram de piadinhas, jogando indiretas " Que eu ficaria sentada na loja a tarde toda". Registrei a reclamação nos órgãos competentes e não recomendo a loja pelo péssimo atendimento.
I haven't lived in Teófilo Otoni for a few years. I have the Tim Black Plan, I was at the store to carry out the portability of 02 number(s), in order to include the numbers of my elderly parents and upgrade the plan. I had a very negative experience with the store. According to information from TIM itself, the store attendant made a gross mistake in my service. Still, I always tried to solve the problem in a friendly way, until I had no choice but to go back to the store. In this return, the attendants showed total disrespect, mocked the situation and informed that if I was in a hurry "I would get my money back and solve it in my home city. From inside the store I made contact at *144 and the attendants were joking, playing indirect “That I would sit in the store all afternoon.” I registered the complaint with the competent bodies and I do not recommend the store due to the poor service.
