★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da Tim. É a minha operadora. Porém nessa promoção de traga seu usado pra trocar por outro e por ventura aderir a um plano que provavelmente teria feito. Não aceitaram meu Xiaomi. Disseram que tinha que ser as marcas dali. Devia estar explícito na propaganda. É oque eu acho!

Chegando lá, me fizeram comprar um chip virgem, e falaram que a Tim só ia reativar minha linha se eu contratasse um plano. Aproveitaram o desespero meu em reativar minha linha me condicionando um plano que não queria. Própria central da tim, informou que para reativar linha não precisa contratar plano.Não funciona até hoje minha linha, e tá em cobrança um plano onde foi feito venda casada. Gerente Bianca não se prontificou a resolver o plano da venda casada ,Mandou eu ligar na central para cancelar o plano, central quando liga cai a linha. VENDA CASADA É CRIME CONTRA O CONSUMIDOR, artigo 39. Vou em todos órgãos possíveis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, o vendedor fez os procedimentos, só olhou na minha cara quando quis me vender plano e ainda me chamou pelo nome errado durante a negociação, precisei recuperar meu número por que fui roubada e paguei 50 reais para manter o número, quando questionei o valor me falaram que era porque era uma franquia, como se justificasse. Melhorem, atendimento ao cliente é essencial, vocês dependem de cliente para ter negócio.

Desde a chegada na recepção para pegar a senha ,o atendimento foi péssimo..
Entrei na loja para buscar informações junto com a atendente e mesmo antes de encerrar o atendimento , a mesma saiu andando para outro setor.. Falta de respeito com os clientes ...
A minha percepção da loja , que eles prezam mais os clientes que vão adquirir novos produtos ,mas do que aqueles que já possui algum tipo de serviço e precisa de suporte em loja física ...
Indignada com o atendimento ...
Loja linda ,porém precisam ter profissionais que estejam aptos a recepcionar os clientes com mais atenção ....
