★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja é bonita e elegante. Tudo moderno. No entando Péssimo atendimento. Tudo muito demorado. NÃO recomendo. Sempre lotado com filas imensas. Produtos super caro em relação a outras lojas. Realmente não é legal dar uma notas dessas mas....ninguem merece tal atendimento.
 Store is beautiful and elegant. Everything modern. However, poor service. Everything took too long. I do not recommend. Always crowded with long lines. Super expensive products compared to other stores. It really is not cool to give such a note but .... no one deserves such care.

Great service. Unfortunately, in the current decor, there are not many places to sit while waiting for service. They could rethink that detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colaboradora da loja sem nenhuma empatia ou mesmo preocupação em ofertar um serviço que atendesse a nossa necessidade. Ainda me informou que é "quase obrigatório" o cliente realizar uma recarga na conta pré pago ao mês para não cancelar o número. cancelei meus Chips e serviços com a VIVO.
Store employee without any empathy or even concern to offer a service that met our need. He also informed me that it is "almost obligatory" for the customer to recharge the prepaid account per month in order not to cancel the number. I canceled my SIMs and services with VIVO.
