★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem ( 10/04/2022) no quiosque Vivo Shopping Sul na tentativa de recuperar meu número já que perdi o chip, fui atendida por uma moça, que, visivelmente sem vontade de me atender, informou que minha linha estava cancelada e não tinha como eu recupera-la ( diz ela que consultou no sistema) . Achei estranho, mas ok, fui embora. Pelo fato do atendimento ter sido apático decidi ligar na central da Vivo pra ver se tinha alguma alternativa ou alguém mais disposto pra ajudar, aí sim fui atendida por uma pessoa super disponível, essa viu que meu número está ativo e permanece cadastrado no meu nome, confirmei que ele não possuiu o status de cancelado em momento algum. Ou seja, se eu não insistisse em buscar informação sobre o número, a informação dada pessoalmente pela atendente da loja teria passado como a correta e eu teria perdido meu número. Gente, perder um número pode causar prejuízos grandes as pessoas, entendo que atender ao público pode tornar a pessoa seca, mas a partir do momento que esse é nosso trabalho devemos manter um grau mínimo de cordialidade e atenção aos problemas que chegam.
I was yesterday (04/10/2022) at the Vivo Shopping Sul kiosk in an attempt to recover my number since I lost the SIM card, I was attended by a girl, who, visibly unwilling to answer me, informed that my line was canceled and had no how can I retrieve it (she says she consulted the system). I thought it was weird, but ok, I left. Because the service was apathetic, I decided to call the Vivo center to see if there was any alternative or someone more willing to help, so I was answered by a super available person, who saw that my number is active and remains registered in my name, I confirmed that it did not have a canceled status at any time. That is, if I did not insist on seeking information about the number, the information given personally by the store clerk would have passed as the correct one and I would have lost my number. Guys, losing a number can cause great harm to people, I understand that serving the public can make people dry, but since this is our job, we must maintain a minimum degree of cordiality and attention to problems that arise.
