★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tenho pavor em ir na loja da vivo para tentar resolver qualquer tipo de problema, mais dessa vez me deparei com um excelente e atencioso atendimento e resolução do meu problema. Dessa vez até indico ir nessa loja para conseguir resolver ou tentar resolver o problema que possam ou venha a ter, pois não tenho como descrever a atenção e a simpatia dos atendes e só não me recordo do nome do atende do dia, pois a vontade de resolver mesmo com menos da metade do sistema dele foi tremenda, pois poderia muito bem falar que estava sem sistema e pedir para que eu fosse outra hora, mais se prontificou e ainda resolveu...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava fazer a troca de chip e o atendimento foi bem ágil e eficiente. As duas moças que me atenderam foram bem simpáticas. Assim que pisei dentro da loja já fui sendo atendido. Moças educadas. Apenas R$ 12,00 para fazer a troca de chip. Sai de lá já com o novo chip no lugar e funcionando perfeitamente. Satisfeito!
