★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, mas não dispõe de atendimento presencial para assuntos relacionados à TV por assinatura. O funcionário entra em contato com a central Vivo (como você faz em casa) e o próprio cliente fala com o atendente da central Vivo.
Good service, but it does not have contact hours for pay TV related issues. The employee contacts the Vivo office (as you do at home) and the customer himself talks to the Vivo office attendant.
