Estive aí com o meu pai e nos foi oferecido um plano família no valor de R$149,99. Me prometendo que meu número seria adicionado ao plano do meu pai, o que não aconteceu. Tentei contato para resolver o problema, estive pessoalmente e apenas promessas para resolver a situação, a mesma coisa aconteceu por WatsApp. Depois ligando na central da vivo descobri que foi um plano pós pago que foi vendido. Tentei resolver a situação amigavelmente, sem sucesso. Precisam aprender que antes de trabalharem com o público principalmente os mais humildes de conhecimento que é preciso ter CARÁTER, HONESTIDADE e DIGNIDADE. E isso passa longe, pois já presenciei esse mesmo tipo de situação com outras pessoas próximas.
Pessoas desse nível não podem trabalhar com pessoas de carácter, honestas e dignas.

And that goes by far, as I've witnessed this same type of situation with other people close to me.
People of that level cannot work with people of character, honest and dignified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso fiquei decepcionado, fui fazer um chip novo, pois o meu atual travou dentro do celular antigo, me pediram pra esperar uns 15 minutos para funcionar…
Não aconteceu, não funcionou tive que voltar no outro dia, pois nem no *8486 resolveram minha situação e olha, toda uma burocracia para gerar um chip novo, que ainda assim não me atendeu na hora prometida.
Parte interessada insatisfeita.
