★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2020 comprei um celular nesta loja , onde a atendente me falou que iria melhorar minha conta por um valor de R$ 15.00 , quando chegou a conta ela subiu mais de R$ 100,00 reais , procurei a loja falando com a gerente Raquel , ela entrou no sistema e viu que a vendedora fez um valor a mais e que esta vendedora tinha feito com vários clientes este tipo de negociação enganando a todos e que a tinha varias reclamações deste tipo com diversos clientes , e que pela loja ela não poderia fazer mais nada , onde ela abriu um protocolo na VIVO OUVIDORIA , desde de FEVEREIRO todo mês tenho que ficar ligando lá para resolverem meu problema , estou indo até POLICIA abrindo uma queixa por crime , pois eu acho que só desta maneira poderei ter meus direitos , pois pela loja não consigo nada. Além disso tivemos o problema da pandemia onde as lojas ficaram fechadas , e a loja sempre que eu ligava estava sem sistema , um dia gerente me ligou para eu comparecer na loja porém estava em viagem . Tomem muito cuidado com esta empresa.
In December 2020 I bought a cell phone in this store, where the clerk told me that I would improve my account for R $ 15.00, when the account arrived it went up more than R $ 100.00 reais, I looked for the store talking to the manager Raquel, she entered the system and saw that the seller made an extra amount and that this seller had done this type of negotiation with several customers, deceiving everyone and that she had several complaints of this type with several customers, and that she didn't could do nothing else, where she opened a protocol at VIVO OUVIDORIA, since FEBRUARY every month I have to keep calling there to solve my problem, I'm going to the POLICY opening a complaint for crime, because I think that only this way I can have my rights because I can't get anything through the store. In addition, we had the pandemic problem where the stores were closed, and the store whenever I called was without a system, one day the manager called me to go to the store but I was traveling. Take great care of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dei zero pq não tinha essa opção! Péssimo pós venda, vendedores sem um pingo de caráter e comprometimento. Vendem algo e não cumprem com o que foi negociado! Estou há 3 dias tentando resolver meu problema e não consigo. Se forem comprar, passem longe dessa loja! De preferência de operadora!
I didn't give zero because I didn't have this option! Terrible after sales, sellers without an ounce of character and commitment. They sell something and don't comply with what was negotiated! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja dia 01/11/2021 para fazer portabilidade do meu chip pré, e a atendente disse que só pode fazer portabilidade se eu fizesse um plano e que comprasse um chip da loja. Que absurdo! Dizer que chip comprados em outro lugar não dá pra fazer portabilidade. É tão difícil lidar com atendente com má vontade. Se a loja não faz uma portabilidade simples, imagina outras coisas. Não recomendo.
