★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo horrível estou com o celular bloqueado a oito dias fui 2 vezes na vivo de Santa Isabel e eles so falam que tem que aguardar agente tem que pagar pelos erro deles não sabem trabalhar se eles não conseguem resolver o problema então vou ter que ir ao Procon

Não sabem de nada nem dar um atendimento digno as pessoas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Filas pequenas por um longo tempo de espera. Já cheguei a ficar 3 horas na fila. E nunca cheguei lá sem ter que esperar por mais de 1 hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, você vai la fazer uma coisa simples e sai de la com um plano caro que nem tinha pedido, não explicam nada, o contrato da vivo você não entende nada, ai depois que assina a mulher vem explicar, depois diz que não tem como voltar atrás, eles só querem bater a meta deles em cima de nós.
