Um rapaz me atendeu com tom bem sarcástico e desdém como se eu não tivesse como comprar, mas já resolvi isso. Saí da loja no mesmo instante que percebi e comprei com satisfação um iPhone 13 Pro Max na TIM, bem próximo.
Atendimento é tudo!
Unfortunately I can't share the same comment that many say because they were well attended.
A guy answered me with a very sarcastic tone and disdain as if I couldn't buy it, but I've already resolved that. I left the store as soon as I noticed and happily bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max at TIM, very close by.
Service is everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poisé, já foi melhor o atendimento, e a única desculpa que dão é que, compraram a telefonia Oi, daí a demanda está maior, porém deveria ter mais gente atendendo para suprir a necessidade e oferecer um atendimento bom, dinâmico e rápido, fora alguns atendentes que não estão nem aí para o sua solicitação, a não ser a de comprar algo, fora isso, é espera para ser atendido e um mau atendimento.
