★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não sei o q esta acontecendo... fui resolver meu celular a um mes atras por conta de rede... tive trocar o chip mas no meio da conversa a atendente disse que o suporte de chip no meu celular estava com problema e colocando o novo lo outro suporte funcionou... acho q eu poderia ter feito isso em casa. agora da minha mae hoje por não esta somente realizando ligação nos primeiros momentos do atendimento nao tinha conta em atraso tinha q trocar o chip somente com ela indo no locau com cpf. e no mesmo atendimento achou uma fatura em atraso por isso o realização de chamada no mesmo não era efetuada.... confusão de palavras aiai
