★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi Maravilhosa. Gosto muito de resolver os meus problemas de celular direto lá na loja do Rio Anil Shopping. Eles me atendem maravilhosamente bem e resolvem tudo. Comprei 1 Cel novo. A Leia é uma moça linda e super gentil. E quando houve necessidade, chamou o Gerente, o Sr Rames que foi super gentil e acessível. Resolveram todos os meus problemas e me entregaram 1 celular funcionando com todos os meus aplicativos funcionando... foram nota 1.000... Totalmente fora da curva!!!! Eu simplesmente Amei!!!! Fora que ele é muito Gato!!!
It was wonderful. I love to solve my cell phone problems right there at the Rio Anil Shopping store. They serve me wonderfully well and solve everything. I bought 1 new Cel. Leia is a beautiful and super kind girl. And when there was a need, he called the Manager, Mr Rames, who was super kind and approachable. They solved all my problems and gave me 1 cell phone working with all my applications working ... there were 1,000 marks ... Totally out of the curve !!!! I just loved it !!!! Besides that he is very cute !!!

Eu fico decepcionado com as condições de atendimento dessa vivo, que além de causa incômodos para o consumidor ainda demora resolver problemas que seriam resolvidos sem a burocracia que os mesmos fazem, infelizmente sei que não vai melhorar a situação em que a mesma se encontra por falta de caráter dos funcionários e da própria empresa, eles são o tipo de funcionários que fazem acepção de pessoas por isso além de demorar no atendimento demonstram na cara dura que não vão com sua pessoa e isso incomoda pelo simples fato de ferir sua moral de forma direta... O que falo a quem lê essa crítica que a tome como referência para melhorar, e se alertar sobre os nossos direitos, já que eles não sabem os deveres deles...? Vamos mostrar nossa força..
