E o mais absurdo, só te informam no ato do pagamento, constrangendo o consumidor a ter de sair da loja e retornar com "dinheiro em mãos". Lamentável.

Eu vou mudar de número caso continue com essa baixíssima qualidade no atendimento! Se até sábado que vem não pararem de mexer no celular enquanto é pra trabalhar vou mudar de operadora e pronto.
