★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era apenas para perguntar por Quais produtos Eu trocaria dos meus pontos Vivo valoriza, esperei meia hora e perguntei se não havia uma tabela disponível para o cliente visualizar, do qual o guru da Vivo falou de maneira ríspida como se eu tivesse perguntando algum absurdo, os outros funcionários educados, mas este guru, que estava desocupado, parecia estar fazendo o favor de atender, quem viu ficou horrorizado, mas ninguém falou nada na hora, nem eu falei na hora, deixei a sensação de ser desrespeitada passar e resolvi fazer a avaliação. Não pretendo voltar a esta loja Vivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima experiência usar os serviços do pré vivo ,que usam de má Fé quando colocamos créditos antecipados,eles enviam pacotes extra para subtrair nossos créditos.
Ao abrir uma reclamação via atendimento 158 , o antedente disse que não poderia repor o crédito que fui roubado sem minha autorização,sem eu dizer sim para os planos extras.
Me achei lezado por essa empresa.
Que manda sugestão após colocamos créditos,para induzir apertar o teclado inesperadamente e adquirir um pacote extra sem autorização

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quando e para adquirir cliente o preço e um messes depois e outro, todo mês aumenta o preço, outra coisa já faz um mês que estou tanando cancelar mais ele mim colocar para o certo de celular, a filial de Maracanaú a onde eu moro noa sabe como resolver o meu cancelamento ele só colocaram para eu fazer o cancelamento só no norte shop, isso e ridículo.
