 This is my favorite Vivo store. Everything related to my cell phones or home line is where I solve. Great, helpful and polite attendants always find a solution. Congratulations to the whole team that certainly has an excellent manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conaultants were to busy watching a game on tv and texting on whatzup or something to even look at me when i wanted to solve my case. They claim to be unable to help me out cause store system was down but when i have asked to call hotline to do that remotelly they said i could do that myself. Tries to explain them that i dont know portugese but they keep saying to come back the next day. If you want to feel taken care off do not go there.
