A Vivo precisa rever a terceirização deste serviço na cidade de caraguatatuba, rever os procedimentos de atendimento dos seus clientes vivo e vivo empresas.

Uma loja que vc se sente mal e parece ,que está atrapalhando o funcionário,pelo simples motivo de estar pedindo por um atendimento. Não recomendo. Acho que nessecita de mais lojas da vivo em Caraguatatuba,assim não ficamos refém do meu atendimento.
Terrible! There's a guy who works there, he's angry with the customers. A store where you feel bad and it seems that you are disturbing the employee, for the simple reason that you are asking for a service. I do not recommend. I think it needs more stores from Vivo in Caraguatatuba, so we are not held hostage to my service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é de encher os olhos. Atendimento bom somente do Gabriel fica aqui minha avaliação para ele. ( não gostei do atendimento da gerente Joyce e a funcionária Maria Eduarda ). Estive com meu marido pelas minhas contas sete vezes nessa loja onde tivemos nossa casa furtada e imediatamente ligamos para 10315 para bloquear os aparelhos e chips conservando o número pois temos cliente há mais de 30 anos e não poderiamos perder os números dos tels) Deixamos nosso tel fixo para contato e ninguém retornou (pouco caso de ambas ). Tudo foi resolvido pela Ouvidoria Vivo Tainá meus agradecimentos por me atender de forma educada e profissional resolveu tudo. Ninguém pagou os prejuízos financeiros, ou seja, ficamos sem trabalhar por 8 dias. ENTÃO VAMOS PENSAR MELHOR EM ATEDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. VAMOS NOS COLOCAR NA CONDIÇÃO DO OUTRO

Everything was resolved by the Vivo Tainá Ombudsman, my thanks for serving me in a polite and professional manner. Nobody paid the financial losses, that is, we were out of work for 8 days. SO LET'S THINK BETTER ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LET'S PUT OURSELVES IN THE CONDITION OF THE OTHER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja hoje, dia 15/04, para verificar alteração de titularidade e alteração para plano, a atendente atenciosa me explicando sobre prazos de fidelidade, e quais seriam as melhores opções para atender minha necessidade, quando a gerente Joice, totalmente sem educação, perguntou para a atendente se demoraria muito para eu sair da mesa, pois tinha outros clientes para serem atendidos. Infelizmente essa senhora é totalmente despreparada para trabalhar com o público, inadmissível um tratamento desse, talvez esta reclamação nada resolva, pois vi outras reclamações desta mesma senhora e pelo visto nada foi feito, pois continua destratando clientes, contudo deixo aqui registrado meu repúdio a forma como os clientes são tratados nesta loja, e informo que levarei a reclamação para ouvidoria e onde mais for necessário, para que essa loja reveja melhor o nível de seus colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, eu fui a loja tentar resolver um problema com meu chip, sai de lá ciente que tinha resolvido, mas passou 3 dias e não se resolveu, liguei perguntando do que tinha acontecido que eu fui na loja e não resolveu, me mandaram voltar lá, cheguei por volta das 19:40, a loja fechada, no site fala que fecha às 21 horas, liguei no número disponível no site, também não recebe chamada, eu como cliente, estou muito insatisfeito, pois ninguém consegue resolver meu problema, só pra retirar a suspensão da minha linha, e colocar a linha em outro chip, a pessoa que me atendeu não deu conta de fazer esse serviço, me venderam um chip que nem sequer é possível ativar, e taí estou com minha linha suspensa porque não deram conta de remover a suspensão

Você bate e supera tudo o que é solicitado,mas no final do mês nenhum valor é pago,estornam tudo,sem justificativa nenhuma. Trabalhei 2 meses e nunca recebi senha, tinha que vender na senha dos outros vendedores,resumo,eu não recebia por não ter senha e nem eles pq as vendas eram estornadas sem nenhuma justificativa.
A company that hires, offers a commissioning proposal but does not commission !!!! You beat and surpass everything that is requested, but at the end of the month no amount is paid, they reverse everything, without any justification. I worked 2 months and never received a password, I had to sell on the password of other salespeople, in short, I didn't receive it because I didn't have a password and neither did they because sales were canceled without any justification.
