Comprei um chip dessa operadora,recarreguei e após dois dias o meu chip foi bloqueada do nada. Nunca souberam dizer o pq de ter acontecido isso,perdi dinheiro por ter comprado ele e por ter recarregado tb.
Compro nunca mais.
Garbage!!
I bought a chip from this operator, recharged it and after two days my chip was blocked out of nowhere. They never knew how to say why this happened, I lost money for having bought it and for reloading it too.
I never buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é até bom, mas a palhaçada é quando se quer comprar um ship e fazer um plano, sou cliente vivo fixo e fui à loja para obter um plano pos pago sem fidelidade, fui lesada pelos vendedores que me venderam o plano afirmando ser sem fidelidade e na hora de cancelar, a maior dor de cabeça, descobri que o plano feito era com fidelidade, resumindo o prejuízo foi meu mas era bem empregado que fosse dessas pragas!
Não recomento irem a esta loja, funcionários de lixo!
The service is even good, but the clowning is when you want to buy a ship and make a plan, I'm a live customer and went to the store to get a postpaid plan without fidelity, I was injured by the salespeople who sold me the plan claiming to be without fidelity and when it was time to cancel, the biggest headache, I found out that the plan was made with fidelity, summing up the damage was mine but it was well used that it was from these plagues!
I don't recommend going to this store, garbage officials!

Fui para realizar a compra de um aparelho celular e em conjunto fiz a adesão do plano, o qual a atendente Danielle cadastrou no nome errado (o que era um chip meu virou o de um terceiro) e depois não prestou nenhuma assistência necessária. Aprendam a trabalhar!
