Tive que ir em outra cidade, em outra loja vivo comprar outro chip para meu celular funcionar. Eles diziam que não podiam trocar o chip porque era só representantes, mas outras lojas da vivo me disseram que isso não existe. Enfim, mais fácil ir em outra loja, outra cidade antes deles para não perder tempo e dinheiro. Horrible service !!!! They sold me a chip that didn't work, I went back to the store several times and they didn't change it. I had to go to another city, to another store alive to buy another chip for my cell phone to work. They said they couldn't change the chip because it was only representatives, but other stores at Vivo told me that it doesn't exist. Anyway, easier to go to another store, another city before them so as not to waste time and money.
