★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei até a porta e fui abordado por uma atendente questionando o que eu queria, informei claramente se tinha plano Pre pago pois queria contratar um bom plano Pre pago no entanto depois de me fazer informar cpf e número, de ir para uma mesa com outro atende só pra me dizer que so trabalham com plano Pos pago, mas eu fui tão claro que não queria celular de conta logo na entrada e essa atendente só pode ser idiota ou tentar me fazer de besta, ridículo o atendimento da vivo, além de uma vergonha eles roubarem nossos créditos porque agente não gastou no final do mês, ou melhor a cada 15 dias, VERGONHA essa vivo.
I got to the door and was approached by an attendant questioning what I wanted, I clearly informed me if I had a Pre paid plan because I wanted to hire a good Pre paid plan, however after making me inform the CPF and number, I went to a table with another attendant just to tell me that they only work with paid POS plan, but I was so clear that I didn't want an account cell phone right at the entrance and this attendant can only be an idiot or try to make a fool of me, ridiculous the live service, besides being a shame they steal our credits because we didn't spend at the end of the month, or better every 15 days, SHAME this alive.
