A loja não tem numero de telefone na pagina de internet para resolver.
O Atendimento é Bom, mas não exite pós venda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, como levei uma idosa em dezembro para cancelar um telefone fixo, ficamos um tempão em pé, "cancelaram", e apesar do telefone dela parar de funcionar logo depois, recebeu a conta de janeiro, falei com a Vivo por redes sociais e "não existe cancelamento no sistema, senhor", acho que a loja é péssima mesmo.
